Welcome to Snaplings! We’re all about cheeky fun, fabulous creativity, and making you the star of your own digital blister pack. Before you place your order, please read these Terms & Conditions. By using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Age Restrictions

• You must be 18 or over to order from any adult-themed sections of the Snaplings shop.
• For all other sections, including “Fun Snaps” or commemorative categories like “VE Day Snaps,” you must be 13 years or older, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
• You will have to confirm when placing an order, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement.

2. Image Policy & Content Guidelines

We love creativity, but we do have boundaries. We reserve the right to reject any submitted images that:

• Contain nudity, sexual content, explicit language, or offensive material
• Violate hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content guidelines
• Infringe on any copyrighted material or third-party likenesses you do not have the rights to use

If your submission violates our policy, your order will be rejected and fully refunded.

3. Delivery Time

• Your final high-resolution digital Snaplings image will be delivered to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of us receiving your complete order and acceptable image.

4. Image Retention & Deletion

• We will permanently delete the image you send to us within 3 days of delivering your final artwork. We do not store personal images beyond this timeframe unless required by law.

5. Artistic Style & Disclaimer

• Your Snaplings image is a stylised, artistic caricature and not a photographic likeness. This protects your privacy and ensures compliance with GDPR and image rights laws.
• We reserve creative freedom in producing your character, and by ordering, you agree to this interpretation.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds unless:
  • We reject your order due to a breach of our creative policy (see Section 2)

7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR regulations.
• We collect and process your data only to fulfil your order and for customer service communications.
• Your data (including name, contact info, and submitted image) is never shared, sold, or used for marketing without your consent.
• You can request to view or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Snaplings images are custom artworks created by us. You are free to use and share your final image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We only use your data to:

• Fulfil your order
• Provide customer service
• Meet our legal obligations (like tax or regulatory compliance)

3. What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not store your image for longer than necessary (see next section).
• We do not track your activity across the web (no creepy stalking here).

4. Image Deletion & Storage

• Any image you upload is stored securely while we create your Snapling.
• We delete your image within 3 days of delivering your final artwork—permanently and completely.
• If you want us to delete it sooner, just email us.

5. How Long We Keep Other Data

• Your name, email, and order history are kept for up to 6 years (as required by tax laws).
• You can request deletion of your personal data (except what we legally must retain) at any time.
